The Leapfrog
The Leapfrog is a great position very similar to the doggy style but has it's own added advantages. This position provides the best stimulation of the G Spot for some women and is especially beneficial to pregnant women, as it takes the stress off the belly, and in the more kneeling variation, it can prevent pain from hard thrusting.
This position can allow the receiving partner to relax their head on a pillow and also gives the penetrating partner different sensations such as the testicles brushing against the receiver's thighs. Some women can find it highly stimulating to be penetrate with a sense of vulnerability in the control of their partner. However some women can consider it a unromantic position and be turned off.
How it works:
When doing the Leapfrog position the penetrating partner enters from behind in a kneeling position, allowing a control of his thrust speed and easy access for manual stimulation of their partner. Penetration can be very deep in this position, the receiving partner has the option of rotating their hips against the penis to give added sensations.
Unlike doggy style on all fours, the receiver's torso is flat, lower than their partners hips and their rear is positioned up with knees slightly locked to create a 45 degree angle. The rear can also be lowered with the entire body, causing their partner to squat more. In the more angled position, it can sometimes cause the urge for the receiving partner to slide their legs back, creating a look similar to that of a frog jumping hence the name.
This position also gets it title because it looks like the person at the back is getting ready to jump over their partner. A variation can be done with he front person's legs between the others, or on the outside. A smaller, tighter entrance is created if the front person's legs are on the inside opening it up more which may feel looser but this allows for deeper penetration.
Some disadvantages to The Leapfrog can be:
- despite the rear positions pleasures they are not very romantic and make it difficult to maintain direct eye contact, or to kiss your partner
- over penetration may cause pain for some women
- the receiving partner's back may become strained in this position
- vaginal flatulence may be experienced by some women while engaging in this position
- it is very easy for the penis to slip out despite it being a deep penetration position
